Feel more informed and prepared for birth and beyond

Pregnancy can bring lots of questions, decisions and information to take in. Sometimes, you just need the time and space to talk things through with someone who will listen, help you explore your options and support you in making informed decisions.

As a doula, I offer personalised antenatal support to help you prepare for birth and those first weeks with your baby.

Whether you're thinking about your birth preferences, want to understand your options, or would like to start planning for life with a newborn, we can focus on what's important to you and your family.

How I can support you:

Preparing for birth: Explore your preferences, questions and options so you feel more confident going into birth.

Informed choices: Talk through information and prepare questions to discuss with your midwife or maternity team.

Preparing for postpartum: Think about recovery, feeding, practical help and the support you'll need after your baby arrives.

Military family support: Plan for birth and early parenthood when your partner may be away, working shifts or deployed, or when family support isn't nearby.

Personalised antenatal consultation

A one-to-one session tailored to your questions, circumstances and priorities.

Online consultation: £60 for 75 minutes

In-person sessions may also be available locally, by arrangement.

If you'd like more comprehensive preparation, we can discuss additional sessions to suit your needs.

Not sure what you need?

You don't need to have everything figured out before getting in touch. We can start with a free 15-minute chat to discuss what you're looking for and whether I can help.

My antenatal support complements the care provided by your midwife and maternity team. It does not replace clinical advice or medical care.
